During my 17th week of pregnancy, I was 3 weeks out from Ironman Wisconsin. My training fell short of expectations and I'm beginning to come to terms with the fact that I may not finish Ironman this year.
This week threw some curve balls. At 4 weeks out from Ironman Wisconsin, I had a key training weekend on the books that just didn't happen.
5 weeks out from Ironman, training is picking up and I'm starting to feel agony of August when training for IMWI.
This was an eventful week both personally and training wise. My husband left for a 6 week adventure across the world, I had two biopsies taken, I started a dairy-free trial, and it was the longest training weekend of the season (as will every weekend be for the next month).
